MOROS NET is a DAO that aims to empower programmers, digital pioneers, tech educators, and hackers by providing grants & funds to build open-source artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, network and privacy technology.

What problem are you solving using Splits?

Ever since its inception, MOROS NET has held a singular focus - to empower the digital revolutionaries. From programmers, innovators, tech educators, to audacious hackers, MOROS paves the way for anyone keen on breathing life into open-source technology. The primary focus for MOROS NET has always been to foster open-source projects through our grants program, supporting innovators working on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the like. However, while our vision was grand, the backend operations in terms of payments were not always smooth sailing.

How have you integrated Splits?

It was remarkably simple. Our Split contract now serves as the receiving address for our token tax. Automated, smooth, and seamless operations on the financial front. Splits really solved a major pain point for us; we were able to route our DAO token tax directly to our treasury multi-sig, collaborators, marketing partners, and grant recipients through the Split contract. The degree of automation freed up a ton of time and energy we previously spent on manual payments and record tracking.

How has your experience been so far?

Partnering with Splits has given us more room to focus on our mission - and, honestly, it's been invaluable. No more handling manual payments every single day, no more going through chats to look for payment requests. We're able to devote more energy into what truly matters: supporting and empowering developers to innovate for a more digital, decentralized future.
