Upcoming Ethereum breaking change will impact large Splits

TLDR: Splits with more than 400 recipients may fail to distribute after Fusaka, the upcoming Ethereum upgrade.
Fusaka will likely include EIP-7825, introducing a per-transaction gas cap of 16,777,216. Base will enforce this cap starting September 17, with other EVM-equivalent L1s and L2s expected to follow.
Distributions from large Splits that exceed the new cap will fail. For immutable Splits, this means funds could become permanently locked in the contract.
